It is easy to use Bebird M9 Pro by 4 steps.

Step 1: Download and install the Bebird app.
Search for “BEBIRD” on App Store or Google Play Store, download and install the app,or through the link: http://www.bebird.cn/App/
You also can download the APP by the QR code on the user manual.
Step 2: Open the cover of Bebird M9 Pro.
Bebird M9 Pro comes with magnetic switch, so it will turn on automatically when you take off the cover. The blue light will flash when it is turned on.
Step 3: Open the APP, choose Bebird M9 Pro. Set up to Connect WIFI “bebird-XXXX”
Open the Bebird App, set up your Phone/tablet to connect WIFI”bebird-XXXX”.
The first time it needs a few seconds, the next time it will auto connect to your electronic devices.
Step 4:Back to the Bebird app. Click the “Start” button and start to use it.
You can use it to check your ears or explore your micro-world with your electronic devices!

Hi bebird, I have a bebird R1 this device does not work. I have charged it I tried reloading the app. it is connected to wi-fi. One time I did use it, however I have tried using it again but nothing happens. can you please Help !! Thank-you Myra
Hi, bebird R1 does not connect to the app.there is a message: WLAN network “bebird-R1-1639” is not connected to the internet. When using another WLAN nothing happens.

With a second smartphone it is the same. Both smartphones are new: redmi 10 pro and realme 8 pro.
